Meet Brandy
Owner and Founder of Lash & Beauty Lounge
Brandy is the passionate owner and founder of Lash & Beauty Lounge, a business she built from the ground up. With over a decade of experience in the beauty industry, Brandy first flourished at several salons along the Jersey Shore aspiring to be a hair and makeup artist. Along her journey she learned the art of lashes and eyebrows and quickly fell in love and devoted her self to growing her craft. In 2015 Brandy was given an opportunity as single mom to launch her own business within the first salon she ever worked in. After overcoming challenges like a salon fire and navigating reopening after COVID lockdown, Brandy grew her salon into a trusted destination for high-quality beauty services.
Brandy’s expertise focuses on eyelash extensions, but she’s also a certified educator with the National Lash Association, helping other lash artists grow in their craft. Known for her dedication to quality, education, and work-life balance, Brandy is committed to creating a welcoming environment for both clients and staff.
When she’s not at the salon, Brandy enjoys spending time with her fiancé, daughter, and their fur baby, Gamble.

Abigail Wilson
I'm Abigail, a nearly three-year stylist at LBL specializing in lashes. A graduate of Innovate Salon Academy, I use cosmetology to uplift women and build a supportive community by connecting deeply with clients to achieve their unique beauty goals, such as helping postpartum mothers regain confidence. In my free time, I enjoy crafting, painting, playing Sims 4, reading fantasy, planning Disney trips, ice skating, and listening to Broadway tunes.
Alicia Johnson
Hi! My name is Alicia, I started working at LBL in January 2021 and developed my passion to do lashes as I was working the front desk watching the other techs work. I ended up going to school in July 2021 to get my license to become a lash tech. I love seeing the confidence my clients get from having their lashes done! My most memorable client moment is when I’m able to give clients what they want and make them happy or letting them vent from a stressful day and then leaving feeling pretty and relieved. Beyond work I enjoy baking and cooking, spending time with my son, hanging out with family, and doing self care.
Jasmine Collazo
Hi! I’m Jasmine, a stylist at LBL since transitioning from receptionist in 2022. My goal as an artist is to enhance the natural beauty of my clients, helping them see themselves in a beautiful light. I love connecting during appointments and seeing the joy on their faces after their service. One memorable moment was when a teacher loved her lash lift so much that she recommended me to her students and daughter early in my career, boosting my confidence and passion for growth. Outside of work, I enjoy dancing and experimenting with fun makeup looks
Sabrina Bosworth
I'm a licensed esthetician with six years of lashing experience. While I began my career exploring skincare, my first lash model solidified my passion for helping others feel confident through fine details like threading brows, creating beautiful lash sets. One memorable client moment was when a long-time client laughed so hard she cried during a story, requiring me to pause and reset her gel pads—but her lashes held perfectly! Outside of work, I enjoy music, true crime podcasts, horror and sci-fi movies, geeking out over comics, history, science, and caring for my pet frog and toad.
Adalid Cardona
Hi, I’m the friendly face you’ll see up front at LBL! My goal is to specialize in wispy lash sets and help clients feel their best while making meaningful connections. Whether it's recommending music, offering a quiet appointment, or bonding over shared interests, I’m here for you. With the support of my amazing team and boss, I’m excited to grow in the beauty industry. In my free time, I enjoy reading and spending time in nature.
